We are looking for a Contract Administrator for our client in the Oil & Gas sector.
Main responsibilities are:
- support for the procurement function in the relationship with the contracting counterparty, in requesting and reminding the missing documentation or in sending and communications/requests for clarifications related to the contract
- application of the operating procedures and defined methodologies in contract management and administration (from the preparation, modification of contract documentation to proper archiving)
- supplier relations
- support for the procurement function also in relation to the work process, possible framework agreements and supply planning
Requirements are:
- adequate knowledge of operational processes of expertise and contract models
- familiarity with risk management
- knowledge of methods and techniques of managing and prevention of claims
- Very good knowledge of English language
We offer fix term contract for around 1 year, and a very interesting package including accomodation and local transportation
