We are looking for a Field Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage field engineering activities for the construction of a water treatment plant, focusing on separation processes within an Oil & Gas facility.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
• Oversee field operations, manage engineering teams, and troubleshoot technical issues onsite.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high standards of operational excellence.

Required Experience:
• Proven expertise in managing field engineering in Oil & Gas facilities, particularly in water treatment and separation processes.
• Prior positive experience in field projects is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

Languages:
• English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Italian (preferred)

Work Conditions:
Willingness to work on remote construction sites under challenging conditions.
