We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the energy, industrial, and oil & gas sectors.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively read and interpret Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) and isometric drawings.
• Utilize CADMATIC software to navigate and manage technical designs.
• Address and resolve interference issues during construction and installation phases.
• Manage Test Packs for testing and commissioning processes.
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Proven experience in site management or a similar role within the industrial, energy, or oil & gas sectors.
• Strong knowledge of CADMATIC and the ability to work with 3D models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex situations on-site.
• Experience in interfacing with clients and subcontractors.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
