The Training Coordinator for the SCARABEO 5 Project in China will manage and oversee all training-related activities to ensure that project staff is adequately trained. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and the client.
Documentation & Program Management:
Maintain and regularly update the training program documentation throughout its development and implementation stages.
Training Coordination:
Organize and coordinate training courses delivered by both vendors and external training providers.
Ensure seamless collaboration between all involved parties to meet training objectives.
Training Materials & Deliverables:
Supervise the preparation and distribution of all training materials and deliverables.
Ensure materials meet project requirements and are up-to-date.
Training Course Management:
Plan, schedule, and monitor training courses to ensure timely and effective execution.
Prepare detailed follow-ups for all sessions to evaluate progress and address gaps.
Supervision & Monitoring:
Oversee training delivered by vendors and contractor instructors to ensure compliance with project standards and objectives.
Monitor participant engagement and performance during training sessions.
Reporting:
Compile and submit regular training progress reports to the COMPANY, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Schedule Management:
Develop and maintain an updated training schedule, ensuring alignment with the project timeline and milestones.
