We are looking for a Civil Project Manager to join our team in Buttrio, with availability to travel approximately one week per month. The role involves the technical and economic management of civil works projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
The ideal candidate is a civil structural engineer, with strong technical and management skills, and a minimum of 3/5 years of experience managing structured civil works projects, preferably with construction companies or EPC contractors in the industrial plant sector.
Full management of civil project scope (timeline, costs, quality)
Project planning using Microsoft Project
Budgeting and cost control (Forecasting, Budget Management)
Material procurement management from technical drawings (BoQ, material needs)
Contractual and operational management of subcontractors (claims, variations, deadlines, progress statements - SAL)
Client relationship management (monitoring active progress statements, handling variations, timeline and cost coordination)
Reading and interpreting reinforced concrete civil drawings
Monitoring and controlling project progress through schedules and reports
Business Intelligence reporting and use of management tools
Active participation in technical documentation preparation (e.g., technical requests - RdO)
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Minimum 3/5 years’ experience in managing civil works (preferably in industrial plant environments)
Strong technical understanding of civil engineering
Good command of Microsoft Project and cost management tools
Fluent in Italian, English required
Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to handle both technical and managerial aspects of the project
