Location: Singapore – Client Office (City Accommodation)
Contract Type: Temporary (4 months, extendable)
Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week
Rotation: 90/16 (subject to project needs)

🔧 Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join the commissioning team for the OSMAN GAZI Combined Cycle Power Plant Project in Singapore.
The selected candidate will support commissioning, documentation review, and technical coordination for all electrical systems within the project scope.


⚙️ Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and follow up on electrical engineering documentation (single-line diagrams, cable schedules, load lists, equipment datasheets, interconnection drawings).

  • Support commissioning and pre-commissioning activities for electrical systems, including MV/LV switchgear, transformers, motors, MCCs, lighting, grounding, and protection systems.

  • Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with project specifications, international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC), and Saipem internal procedures.

  • Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, instrumentation, commissioning) for system readiness and seamless integration.

  • Supervise vendors and subcontractors during installation, inspection, and testing activities.

  • Participate in walk-downs, punch list clearance, and system handover to operations.

  • Provide technical support during functional tests, loop checks, and performance verification.

  • Ensure adherence to HSE policies and contribute to a safe work environment.


🎓 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering within Oil & Gas / Energy / EPC environments.

  • Proven experience in commissioning or installation of power generation/distribution systems.

  • Knowledge of HV, MV, and LV systems, as well as instrumentation and control interfaces.

  • Familiarity with Saipem procedures and international standards is an advantage.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Immediate availability for mobilization to Singapore.
