1. Qualification
1.1. Technical skills
Desired Candidate Profile:
▪
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; a technical degree is a plus.
▪
Certified Workplace Assessor and Internal Verifier will be advantageous.
▪
Previous experience of 2–3 years, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Heavy Manufacturing industries, is an advantage but not mandatory.
▪
Ability to plan, delegate, schedule and monitor results
▪
Good oral and written communication skills
▪
Excellent proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of any additional languages will be considered an advantage.
▪
Ability to travel globally 25-50% of the time to support training projects.

The candidate possesses interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibility for achieving goals and the ability to develop solutions to deal with different scenarios that may occur is strongly required. In addition, the candidate should have an open mindset to change, continuous improvement and learning. Finally, trustworthy behavior consistent with what is stated, the ability to model one's approach to different counterparts, and the ability to gather, understand, and share information complete the candidate's profile.
2. Job summary
The candidate will work as part of Competency Assurance and Training Department which is in charge to provide Training Services, from the engineering design phase to the safe delivery of industrial (Oil&Gas) facility to Customers
3. Typical work activities
During the ITB-Training Proposal Phase the candidate shall:

Analyse the Plant training requirements in accordance with the Plant process scheme and the viable Proposal strategy of cost, quality, and scheduling;
▪
Prepare the training proposal.
▪
Estimate the man/hours and costs for training development, delivery, and coordination;
▪
Validate the training proposal and cost estimate with Proposal and Estimating staff and Competency Assurance and Training Lead;
▪
Liaise with Plant Customer as required.
During the During Engineering phase, the candidate shall:
▪
Supports the Training Lead for the preparation of the Training Plan, Training Schedule, Training Matrix, and Training Courses Table of content.
▪
Conduct the development, coordination and approval of training deliverables;
▪
Coordinate training program development by external training providers;
▪
Coordinate provision of training facilities;

Manage, control and optimize the training budget;
During the Training Delivery phase the candidate shall:
▪
Coordinate delivery of the Training Plan and Schedule, training facilities and logistics at all training venues;
▪
Coordinate the recording and reporting of training delivery at all venues;
▪
Coordinate the signing of templates/certificates certifying training completion;
▪
Manage and control the training budget.
