For an important Oil & Gas project in Congo, we are looking for an Asset Integrity Inspector.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform field inspections on piping, pressure vessels, tanks, valves, structures and static equipment;
- Verify the condition and integrity of plant assets according to inspection plans, company procedures and applicable standards;
- Support corrosion monitoring activities and identify signs of deterioration, leaks, defects, cracks, damage or abnormal conditions;
- Coordinate, witness and follow up NDT activities such as VT, UT, MT, PT, RT and thickness measurements;
- Ensure that all inspection activities are carried out in compliance with HSE requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Asset Integrity, Inspection, Maintenance Inspection or QA/QC Inspection within the Oil & Gas sector;
- Experience with piping, pressure equipment, static equipment, tanks, valves and/or structures;
- Good knowledge of corrosion monitoring, inspection plans, integrity management activities, NDT methods and inspection techniques;
- Knowledge of international codes and standards such as ASME, API and applicable client standards;
- Excellent knowledge of French.
