Electrical Supervisor
ClarineT, operating in over 65 countries through a network of more than 2,500 professionals, is a leading provider of technical services and project management solutions across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Renewables, Waste-to-Energy and Industrial sectors.
For a major Waste-to-Energy project in Gorlice, Poland, we are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical construction activities on site.
Main responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical installation and construction activities in accordance with project specifications, drawings and schedules;
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams involved in cable laying, cable trays, electrical panels, equipment installation and electrical connections;
- Verify the correct execution of electrical works and ensure compliance with quality and HSE requirements;
- Monitor construction progress and report any technical issues, delays or deviations;
- Support inspections, testing activities and preparation for pre-commissioning;
- Ensure works are performed according to applicable standards, project procedures and site safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline;
- Proven experience as Electrical Supervisor on industrial construction projects;
- Previous experience in Waste-to-Energy, Power, Energy, Chemical, Petrochemical or similar industrial projects is preferred;
- Good knowledge of electrical installation activities, drawings and site construction procedures;
- Strong coordination and supervision skills;
- Polish nationality / local Polish workforce required;
- Good knowledge of Polish; English knowledge is considered an advantage;
- Availability to work on site in Gorlice, Poland.
